General Terms
All services provided by Logosters are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information for their projects.
Delivery & Timelines
The standard delivery time for most projects is 3 business days.
For urgent projects, clients must contact the assigned Project Manager before making a payment to confirm feasibility.
If the client fails to respond for more than 15 days, the project will be placed on hold.
If there is no response from the client for 30 days, the project will be considered closed and non-refundable.
We will send three follow-up emails before marking the project as closed.
Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a specific number of revisions, as mentioned in the package details.
Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
Once the final design or project is approved by the client, any further changes may incur additional costs.
Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 100% refund policy under the following conditions:
If the client requests a refund before any work has been initiated, a full refund will be issued.
If work has already begun but the client is not satisfied, we will offer multiple revisions to meet expectations.
If, after multiple revisions, the client is still not satisfied, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any work hours already spent.
No refunds will be granted after final approval of the project.
If a client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project will be considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
Ownership & Rights
Once the project is fully paid for and delivered, the client will have full ownership rights to the final design or website.
Logosters reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
Payment & Charges
Full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is required before work begins.
Additional services beyond the agreed package will be billed separately.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Clients must review and approve all work before it goes live; Logosters will not be liable for any errors post-approval.
